Hey Ladies!
Interested in what appears to be one of the most effective methods for stretching your relaxer or transitioning?
Pre-poo + Co wash + Baka natural - laxer + Co wash = Silky, soft, manageable hair!
It works wonders because this method helps to keep the hair moisturised, tangle free, strong and soft, soft, soft!!

- In a small bowl mix together 1 to 2 table spoons of Baka natural laxer with rose water into a smooth paste
- Apply paste either by using your fingertips or an applicator brush evenly throughout the hair
- Baggy for 1 to 2 hours, or sit under a hooded dryer for 30 to 45 mins
- Co wash thoroughly to remove all traces of Baka natural laxer and rinse with tepid water
- Towel pat dry hair
- Apply leave in conditioner
- Airdry or style as usual
Why is this method so effective?
- Pre-pooing with honey, almond, amla, and olive oil keeps the hair uber soft and conditioned
- Baka natural laxer acts like a texturizer (albeit a temporary relaxer) and with prolonged use it naturally loosens the curl pattern of the hair, allowing the hair to become more manageable, and soft.
- Co washing adds back into the hair much needed moisture - which is essential for transistioning, and stretching!
Note: ~ Use the Baka natural laxer once every 7 - 10 days for up to 3 weeks, thereafter every 4 - 6 weeks
~ Amla oil overtime will darken the colour of your hair
I hope this helps:)
